After the guided tour of the vineyards and the production cellar, which includes an explanation of the Franciacorta Method and our wines, we will move to one of the many spaces in the cellar to taste 2 glasses accompanied by a plate of local products - curated by Boccon d’Oro Events. The experience includes: Cellar visit with an explanation of our philosophy, the Franciacorta method, and our wines Tasting of 2 glasses of our wines, chosen from Franciacorta DOCG and local reds Tasting plate consisting of: potato rösti with robiola fondue, Brescia salami, aged Maniva DOP cheese from Valtrompia, and polenta bar with crispy peppered bacon Water, bread, and service charge Option to add glasses to the tasting on-site, including reserves, at an additional price.
