Strada del vino Astesana, is a wine road of great extension, which is spread over eight routes through all 52 municipalities of Asti on the right bank of the Tànaro and also affects part of the Langhe and Monferrato.
Compared to the other areas of wine interest in Piedmont, Astesana is exactly in the center: the Langhe are to the south, south-west, Roero is to the east, Monferrato is to the north, Alto Monferrato is to the east.
It is the area with the greatest viticultural intensity in Piedmont, the wines are of absolute quality and prestige and the itinerary favors the encounter with particular typical products, enhanced in an intelligent way and which have become the sought-after protagonists of dishes that are no longer just local.
Eight suggested itineraries: Colli Astiani, Bricchi, Lauretum, Canelli and the Terre d'Oro, Colline del Nizza, Castelli, Langa Astigiana, Colli di Alfieri.
