What is included with this experience

Visit to the winery with explanation of our philosophy, franciacorta method and our wines (see our wine tour preview).

Followed by a vertical tasting of our Grandi Riserve Pas Dosè from the 2015, 2009 and 2006 vintages. This wine is produced only in exceptional vintages and is a careful selection of our best grapes.

To finish, tasting of our Gran Riserva Rosso Balenc IGT Sebino, a late harvest red that boasts 24 months of aging in barrique and one year in bottle.

To accompany the selected wines, there will be the opportunity to taste: Mini vegetable burger, Timbale of friarielli and sausage on pecorino cheese fondue, Brescian salami, Silter Dop cheese and bakery products.
