A journey into culinary tradition led by Isabella, the star of Tuscan cuisine since 2018.

We have selected authentic recipes and traditional seasonal preparations.

What will you do:

• We will prepare one of the timeless seasonal Tuscan appetizers;
• The seasonal accompaniment of traditional homemade pasta will be by choice depending on the productions;
• A specialty in second meat (pork, chicken, rabbit, chianina) or vegetable-based
• The side dish paired with the main course is selected and prepared in the seasonality of the vegetable garden;
• Tuscan dessert of excellence: Il cantuccio or the classic tiramisu

Finally you will enjoy the dishes you have prepared, served with pairings of our wines designed to enhance each flavor.
