The Vinum represents an interesting interpretation of the Etruscan wine-making tradition.
Produced using natural methods and aged in terracotta jars, this wine offers a unique sensory experience.
Intense ruby red color anticipates a complex bouquet, while on the palate it proves structured and rich.
The initial sweetish note evolves into a dry, tannic finish, making Vinum versatile for a variety of occasions.
Ideal for accompanying daily meals or for an evening with friends, this wine embodies the passion and craftsmanship of its producers, offering an authentic taste of the Tuscan territory.
Organic and natural wine without the addition of any chemical additives, vinified in terracotta jars insulated with natural resin and beeswax from its own farm, at a depth of 3 meters.
It is produced according to the Mondini method, so that the grape juice is put into jars that sealed with vegetable resins and wax from our own bees and then buried underground, where it rests for only 1 year.
Maturation and aging: in buried jars for 12 months and then in bottles for three months.
Vinum is offered in a limited series of 550 bottles.
