An organic and natural wine without the addition of any chemical additives, vinified in terracotta jars insulated with natural resin and beeswax from our own farm, at a depth of 3 metres for 1 year.
The white Albana Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes, planted about sixty years ago with rootstocks that no longer exist, are harvested strictly by hand towards the end of September.
As soon as they are picked, almost all the 'stalks' are removed by hand and then the whole berries are put into the press.
The grape juice that comes out enters, by gravity, into the jar insulated with waxes and resins to begin its fermentation.
After racking, 'the nectar of the gods' is taken to the Orci hill, where it vinifies in absolute harmony with nature.
At a depth of three metres, there is no light, air or noise but, on the other hand, there is a constant temperature.
A perfect natural cellar as used by our Etruscan ancestors.
The Album rests for a year underground.
In contact with the surrounding minerals it is enriched and acquires totally different aromas and flavours that make it unique and unmistakable.
The limited production of 350 bottles per year is bottled in 800 g ageing glasses and corked with natural Amorin corks and sealed with yellow shellac, to ensure good ageing.
