Enoè Spumante 2022 is a DOC sparkling wine with a pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections and a fine and persistent perlage.

The nose is intense and fine, with floral hints of wisteria and acacia flowers, accompanied by fruity notes of apple and pear.

On the palate, it is fresh with good acidity, making it ideal as an aperitif and for pairing with raw fish, fried fish, shellfish, mixed appetizers with sliced meats and fresh cheeses.

Made from Glera grapes, it has an alcohol content of 11.5 percent and is served at a temperature of 8-10°C.
