The Pecorino IGT Colline Pescaresi Biologico is a white wine that expresses the essence of the Abruzzo region.

With an alcohol content of 13.5 per cent and a 0.75 litre format, this wine is dedicated to the Abruzzese Shepherd, symbol of loyalty and protection.

On the nose, it offers an intense and persistent bouquet, with aromas of exotic fruit, citrus, flowers and herbs.

On the palate, it is dry, fresh and savoury, with elegant citrus, dried fruit and apricot jam flavours.

Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with first courses, raw fish and traditional Abruzzo cheeses, offering a refined and persistent experience.

Taste	Secco, abbastanza caldo e morbido. Fresco e sapido, molto minerale con eleganti sapori agrumati e di frutta secca e confettura d’albicocca, con spunti di essenze vegetali; di notevole persistenza, in grado di evolvere positivamente nel tempo
Pairing	Ottimo come aperitivo e con primi piatti, eccellente con pesce soprattutto con i crudi. Accompagna con eleganza selezioni di formaggi tipici della tradizione culinaria abruzzese.
