The visit begins with a walk through the vineyard where we will tell the story of our vines and the land. We will talk about the principles of sustainable, biodynamic and biotic viticulture that characterise the estate.
In the winery, we will explore the philosophy of spontaneous fermentation and the traditional method of vinification in amphora.
