The carefully harvested grapes are manually selected in the cellar on a sorting belt before alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts starts at a controlled temperature of 26 °C.
Maceration on the skins lasts an average of 10 - 12 days with pumping over in the air until the end of fermentation.
Fresh and lively ruby red in colour, it opens to the nose with intense and very fresh aromas of flowers and fresh, pulpy fruit, among which viola, cherry and blackberry are recognisable.
Well-structured and balanced, with a slender body, it is distinguished by a great pleasantness of flavour, supported by good softness, well balanced by fresh sensations and unobtrusive tannin.
