The carefully harvested grapes are manually selected at the winery on a sorting belt before beginning alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 26 °c.
Maceration on the skins lasts an average of 10 to 12 days with pumping over in the air until the end of fermentation.
Bright red in color, it immediately shows its character of freshness, with an intense and vinous bouquet, characterized by the pulpy fruity notes, in which we recognize morello cherry and plum.
On the palate it is rich and intense, with tannin present but well-structured and balanced by pleasant softness and youthful freshness.
Persistent finish with a light and very pleasant bitter note.
