A unique experience that takes participants on a sensory journey through the three fundamental stages in the evolution of Franciacorta Satèn.
During the tasting, we will explore:
1. The genesis of the wine: tasting the base Franciacorta vintage 2024, soon to be bottled, straight from the tank.
2. Evolution on the lees: the young Franciacorta Satèn vintage 2023, still being aged, will be tasted after disgorgement alla volée, revealing to all senses the first nuances of complexity.
3. The finished product: the Franciacorta Satèn vintage 2021 in its completed form
