Chiara Condello has chosen to produce wines that bear her name with the desire to give a somewhat revolutionary interpretation to a unique land, generous and disputed as the hills of Predappio; where the vines have their roots in a poor soil, calcareous-clayey matrix and rich in tuffaceous rocks of Pliocene origin called Spungone; where 3 million years ago there was the sea; from there she left to produce a wine that was the reading of this uniqueness.
His wine expresses the high potential of the vineyards from which it comes and is free from all that is superfluous ... a Sangiovese that reflects it and in which he finds and implements his ideas of organic viticulture in full respect of the environment.
A cellar in which you work in a simple way and where the processes are manual, organic fertilization, mechanical weed killers and treatments carried out only with a very low use of sulfur and copper.
The goal is to bring a healthy and ripe grape to the cellar that does not require any correction and for this reason Chiara follows daily the vineyard and the work in the cellar, giving priority to diversity and respect for the grapes.
