Monferrato DOC Chiaretto is a high-quality rosé wine that expresses all the elegance and typicality of the region. Obtained from the Freisa grape variety, planted in vineyards in 1992 and 2008 on a total area of 0.3 hectares, it is cultivated with a Guyot training system that allows it to reach a yield of 45 quintals per hectare, guaranteeing high quality grapes.
Certified by Valoritalia S.r.l., this wine presents the 2023 vintage with an alcohol content of 13.5% Vol. and a sulfite content of 45 mg/liter. Harvesting is done manually, with grapes picked in 18 kg crates to preserve quality during transport to the winery.
Winemaking is done in white, with a controlled fermentation temperature of 20°C for about 15 days. This process preserves the freshness and aromaticity of the Freisa grapes, giving the wine a fruity and floral character.
Monferrato Chiaretto DOC has an elegant rosé color and offers a full-bodied, fresh and balanced taste. It is ideal as an aperitif and pairs perfectly with light dishes and fish, offering a taste experience that enhances the peculiarities of the Monferrato terroir. Serve slightly chilled, between 12°C and 14°C, to fully appreciate all its aromatic nuances.
