Colline Novaresi Nebbiolo DOC is an extraordinary red wine, made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes grown in Bogogno, Novara.
With an alcohol content of 13.5% vol., this 2018 wine is distinguished by its ruby red color and very intense bouquet.
On the nose, it presents delicate and structured fruity notes, while on the palate it offers a full, balanced and persistent taste with prolonged tannic hints.
Augmented in oak barrels and harvested in the second fortnight of October, it is perfect with roasts, red meats, game and long-keeping cheeses.
Serve it in a wide goblet at 18-20°C to fully appreciate its qualities.
