Fattoria Terre del Marchesato

This tasting trail includes:

- The vineyards: the tour begins with a visit to our rows of vines, explaining our history, philosophy and the Bolgheri territory.

The intent is to make the customer a participant in the research and efforts that the winery makes daily in order to obtain qualitative and natural wines.

- The cantina: an introduction to our main winemaking methods.

Continuing on our tour you will be guided through the vat cellar and barrique cellar to understand the stages of processing and aging, not excluding the possibility of observing live some stages of harvesting, sorting, bottling, which can be carried out at the time of your visit. A moment of pure pleasure, in which to continue the discovery of the winery, intoxicated by the scents and flavors of our wines.

- The tasting, includes the following wines:

• PAPEO: DOC Bolgheri Bianco, a selection of pure Vermentino
• EMILIO PRIMO ROSSO: our DOC Bolgheri Rosso
• MARCHESALE: DOC Bolgheri Superiore

The tasting is accompanied by bruschetta with Extra Virgin Olive Oil of our production, dry crushed or breadsticks.
