Wine-experience with an approach to tasting that prioritizes the sensory experience.

A tasting journey through the colors, scents and flavors of wine interpreted by our senses. An evocative and exciting journey to research, analyze, recognize and compare the characteristics of wines also with the help of some graphic cards and an aroma kit.

You will experience wine with us on this journey:

• The vineyards, explaining our history, philosophy and the Bolgheri area;
• The wine cellar with an introduction on our main winemaking methods;
• The tasting includes the following wines monovarietals:
  • PAPEO: selection of pure Vermentino
  • TARABUSO: selection of pure Cabernet Sauvignon
  • ALDONE: selection of pure Merlot

The tasting is accompanied by corn crushes, with aroma box to best enjoy the experience of discovering the aromatic notes present in the wine:
