Pagnana wishes to introduce you to the history of Chianti as a fine wine. The guided visit then begins with an explanation of the vineyards and the varieties cultivated and how these along with the altitude, the characteristic of the soils, the microclimate in addition to the winemaking choices condition the style of our production. Then continue with a visit to the production cellar, the barrique cellar and the old cellar, which stands under the medieval tower that outlines the profile of Fattoria Pagnana.
