At my winery, Beconcini Wines, in the heart of Tuscany, a unique experience awaits you that combines local winemaking traditions with the timeless beauty of this land. Our winery in the Pisan hills is the ideal place to discover the secrets of Tuscan wines, experiencing unforgettable moments of taste and quality.

The history of my winery began in the early 1950s, when my grandfather was able to buy the land on which he worked as a sharecropper employed by the Marchesi Ridolfi family. Our family was among the first in Tuscany to leave the sharecropping regime, allowing the birth of PIETRO BECONCINI AGRICOLA. My grandfather began as a multi-purpose farmer, while my father devoted himself completely to vineyard management and wine production. In the 1990s, I embarked on an ambitious project that led me to deeply understand our soils and select the best clones of Sangiovese and Malvasia Nera.

Our Pisan Hills winery is renowned for its attention to detail and innovation in winemaking. We discovered and developed the Tempranillo, a grape variety unique to Tuscany, which we found in San Miniato. In 1993, we identified 213 centuries-old Tempranillo plants, known as "X" until modern DNA extraction techniques revealed its name in 2004. This grape variety was brought by pilgrims on the Via Francigena and today we produce the most important Tempranillo, drying the grapes for four weeks before vinification.

And of course, the best part: savoring a selection of our best wines, accompanied by typical Tuscan products. Each sip tells a story of passion and dedication, making each tasting an experience to remember. From the fruity notes of our fresh whites to the robust tannins of our aged reds, each tasting is an adventure for the palate.
