Welcome Guests with welcome aperitif during which there will be a tasting of our "Dipinta" Negroamaro Rosato IGP Salento accompanied by homemade friselline with fresh cherry tomatoes and our Jorche Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
.Guided tour of the winery and, during the barrel cellar tour, tasting of a Primitivo tapped directly from the barrique. The same type of wine tasted in the barrique will then be tasted in the bottle (our Primitivo di Manduria PDO), to compare an aging wine with the finished product, all accompanied by the tasting of locally produced Pecorino cheese.
The wine will be tasted in the bottle.
At the end of the guided tour, tasting of our Primitivo di Manduria DOCG Dolce Naturale accompanied by "pezzi duri," typical Apulian sweets rich in almonds.
Following the winery tour is a dinner at the Masseria in an ancient semi-hypogeum oil mill, with a menu to be agreed upon from time to time according to customers' preferences (wines not included).
