Manual harvesting in the vineyard, barefoot crushing, visit of the winery and lunch with the winemaker: this is our proposal to share the vendemmia 2024 with you.
It will soon be possible to view the proposed menu and paired wines. Activity dedicated to both adults and children (under parental supervision).
Available Friday, Saturday, Sunday in September.
Proprogram:
10:30 a.m. Arrival at the company : punctuality is required to better manage the turnout (do not arrive too early - we do not provide bar service).
10:45 am Introductory explanation on grape harvest: history and techniques. Distribution of 1 scissors and 1 basket for every 2 people. Gloves or other items are not provided. Recommended sportswear and sneakers (a spare pair).
11 a.m.
- Walk to the vineyard and distribution in the rows;
.- Start of manual harvesting of grapes in boxes;
- Transporting the crates by hand to the winery;
- Assignment of the vats and crushing with bare feet (small cloth recommended);
- Tasting of freshly pressed must.
12:15 p.m. Guided tour of the winery
1:00 p.m. Set menu lunch paired with wines at the farmhouse
3:30 p.m. End of the day.
