Naturalistic walk between meadow and vineyards, visit to the winery to discover the charm of technology and the warmth of wood, learn about the wines being made, product tasting,
red and white wine tasting. Animal area, organic olive and citrus grove and arome garden available
.
We await you in the gentle hilly territory so dear to Frederick II of Swabia.
Our welcome begins with a pleasant nature walk among the family's organic vineyards and olive groves: getting to know the attentions of the winemakers, exploring the microclimate of these hills already anticipates some of the emotions we will experience with glass in hand. A few steps from the Federico II vineyard, we arrive in front of the winery's baglio to learn about the fascination of farming tools. Here we will linger in the area dedicated to winemaking to discover the secrets of production and, passing through the bottling area, we reach the room for aging red wines.
Do you want to experience firsthand the colors and smells of the Sicilian countryside? the vast lawn, the small Mediterranean garden dedicated to aromatic plants, the animal area and the organic citrus grove are at your
disposal. On the garden veranda or in the winery tasting room, we will prepare a cutting board with three Sicilian specialties. We will offer tasty salami, vegetables from our garden, local ricotta cheese, homemade bread with extra virgin olive oil, delicious citrus jellies, organic honey. All enriched by the tasting of two wines that evoke all the warmth of the Mediterranean: a whiteversatile, fresh and savory typical of the hilly territory and a red of character with a fruity bouquet.
