What is included with this experience

We will begin the experience by visiting the vineyards surrounding the winery and then the winery itself. Tasting to discover the native vine Erbaluce in the different vinifications, the 3 DOCGs, and declinations of La Masera. The wines will be paired with cured meats, typical local cheeses, and pasta di meliga (sweet) pasta.
During the tasting the wines, history and philosophy of the winery will be told.
