The Three Chianti Tasting is a tasting aimed at discovering Sangiovese, the most famous varietal in the world in one of its most famous Denominations, Chianti

Tasting of CHIANTI, CHIANTI SUPERIORE, CHIANTI RISERVA

Through three different facets we will learn about the characteristics of Sangiovese, its evolutions and behaviors depending on the materials it encounters on its journey. Starting from the younger, leaner and crisper expression of the vintage Chianti, passing through the intermediate key of the Superiore with one year of aging in Botte grande, to the more intense and marked typical of the Riserva with its three years of aging.


The tasting and preceded by a guided tour of the vineyard and winery
. The tasting will be accompanied by bread and oil and it is possible to add a mixed board of typical products for a fee.
