Franciacorta DOCG Riserva 2017 made from 100% Chardonnay grapes from our vineyards in Cellatica, Gussago and Brescia. Fermentation and maturation of the base wine takes place exclusively in steel. Refermentation takes place with selected yeasts, after which the wine rests sur lies for 65 months, at the end of which it refines for a further 6 months in bottle. The almost absent residual sugar (1.5 g/l), great freshness and marked minerality make this Franciacorta the ideal companion for the great dishes of Brescian gastronomy.
The Cooperativa Vitivinicola Cellatica Gussago, founded in 1952, is a historic entity in Franciacorta.
Formed exclusively by small landowners, the Cooperative can count on 12 hectares owned by Members, located within 5 different appellations: Sebino and Ronchi di Brescia IGT, Cellatica and Curtefranca DOC, and Franciacorta DOCG.
