Cantine Goretti

The Cantina Goretti's new facility, named "Sala Marcella" is equipped with a
professional ideal for service, in order to enhance the offer of hospitality, responding to the current demands of private events, tour operators and event organizers, as well as the desire of increasingly informed tourists who wish to learn to cook Italian and Umbrian in particular.

The "Marcella Room" is part of a very large project, which began with the Umbrian recipe book, written by Ms. Marcella in Italian and translated into 14 languages (from Italian, to English, Russian, Korean, Chinese, as well as Japanese and Danish, etc.), created to better promote the Goretti wine productions as well as the typical product of the area.


Nonna Marcella's cooking classes, are an opportunity for visitors to our winery to discover the secrets of traditional Umbrian recipes, try their hand at typical specialties under her careful supervision and benefit from her wise advice and experience.

All the typical dishes cooked during the class, such as homemade pasta and torta al testo, will then be paired with our wines to create a complete and unforgettable taste experience.

- Cooking class with preparation of typical Umbrian dishes (such as tagliatelle/gnocchi torta al testo)
- Tasting of 5 wines chosen from the company's selection paired with the prepared dishes
