What is included with this experience

A guided tour with a visit to one of the organic vineyards of Novaia estate and the explanation of the territory, of the principles of organic farming, of the autochthonous vines, of the delicate process of selection, harvesting and processing of grapes in Valpolicella.

Then follows the visit of the ancient Corte Vaona, headquarter of the winery, with the historical cellar; then the tasting of BIO Novaia wines and BIO Extra Virgin Olive Oil produced by the winery.

The tasting will include 6 wines: Valpolicella, Ripasso, Superiore, Amarone, Riserva dell'Amarone, Recioto, accompanied by traditional local products.
