Solo Lei Rosè Tai Rosso - Pas Dosè is a sparkling wine made from 100% Tai Rosso grapes, an indigenous variety from the Berici Hills area.
This wine is known for its marked acidity and its floral and fruity bouquet, with hints of roses and berries.
With an alcohol content of 12 percent, it is ideal as an aperitif or paired with savory finger foods, fried fish, shellfish and white meats.
Tai Rosso, genetically similar to Grenache, is enhanced by vinification in Metodo Classico, which gives the wine a distinctive complexity and structure.
