We will take a walk through the vineyard to present the territory, the principles of sustainable viticulture and the basics of biodynamic viticulture used in the vineyard. In the cellar we will talk about the equipment used and explain the methods of vinification without added yeast and vinification in amphora.
During the tasting, we will review tasting techniques and analytical aspects.
