The tasting includes 1 bottle of choice between Vinum, Album or Uvem + a glass of Vivamus + one of the following menu choice:
- Etruscan Menu: appetizer with revised recipes of Apicius and Columella (100 AD) + stuffed eggs and special bread with truffles, lard colonnade composed of figs olives Taggiasca walnuts and spicy esplanade.
- Farmer's menu: tasting of cold cuts at km 0 with mixed cheeses of the shepherd, unsalted bread and crushed salted + tasting of our extra virgin olive oil
NB: After booking, you will be contacted for the choice of the menu. The price includes the entire bottle. Open, unfinished bottles will be left to visitors.

In Arezzo, in the heart of Tuscany, on the slopes of the Casentino Forests, a winery that collects the witness of the Etruscan civilization: living in harmony with nature.
The Rasenna brand is a reference to the origins. The Etruscans among them were called Rasenna or Rasena. We do not want to forget our origins because it is with history that we acquire the experience that is handed down to us.

Ours are unique products of extremely high quality. They are pieces of great value and collectibles. They are the result of studies, experiments and even mistakes, which sometimes help.
We have chosen organic and biodynamic agriculture. In the ancient vineyards, the bunches are harvested by hand. We do not add any elements to the grape juice that rests, not in barriques, but in jars buried at a depth of 3 meters.
We produce wine like 2,500 years ago and give away unique and unforgettable experiences.
