The Cooperativa Vitivinicola Cellatica Gussago offers you a tasting to discover its Franciacorta blanc de blancs.
Your visit will begin inside the 1950s winery and the facilities added specifically in the 1980s for the production of Metodo Classico sparkling wine. Here you will discover the various stages in the production of Franciacorta DOCG, from the grape harvest to bottle aging, including draught, remouage and disgorgement.
At the end of the tour of the interiors, the experience will move to our tasting room, where you will taste 2 vintage Franciacorta:
These labels will guide you to the discovery of our production philosophy: all-steel vinification of pure Chardonnay, low sugar residues and long stays on yeasts, with the aim of keeping the essence of the terroir of Cellatica, Brescia and Gussago intact up to the glass.
The tasting will be accompanied by cured meats and cheeses from our territory.

The Cooperativa Vitivinicola Cellatica Gussago, founded in 1952, is a historic entity in Franciacorta.
Formed exclusively by small landowners, the Cooperative can count on 12 hectares owned by Members, located within 5 different appellations: Sebino and Ronchi di Brescia IGT, Cellatica and Curtefranca DOC, and Franciacorta DOCG.

The winery is located at the foot of the Stella hill, a few kilometers from Brescia. The building that houses the Cooperative is an interesting example of a social winery from the 1950s, to which have been added since the years
