CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Event cancellation must be communicated by email to booking@tenutambrosini.it no later than 48 hours prior to the start of the event.

Refunds will be made at 75% of the total amount, or can be turned into vouchers for the amount of the reservation,

to be used on another date.

If the cancellation is less than 48 hours, the reservation is no longer refundable.
