Valpolicella Classico is a light and dry red wine, celebrated by Hemingway for its friendliness.

Represents the tradition of Valpolicella Classico, produced using slow and natural processes to obtain a wine that best expresses the local grapes.

With an alcohol content of 12.5 percent, the 2021 vintage offers a vinous bouquet with floral notes of rose and violet, fruity accents of cherry, raspberry, black cherry and black pepper.

On the palate it is fresh, dry, savory and balanced.

Ideal to serve at 15-18°C, it pairs perfectly with light pasta dishes, white meats, fresh cheeses, cotechino and pearà.

Smell	Colore rosso rubino tenue, profumo vinoso che ricorda essenze floreali, rosa e viola, con accenti fruttati tipici della Corvina: ciliegia, lampone, amarena e pepe nero.
Taste	Al palato esprime il sapore delle uve appena pigiate, di vino giovane, fresco e con un'alcolicità moderata. Asciutto e sapido, piacevolmente elegante, fine ed equilibrato.
Pairing	Vino da tutto pasto, godibile con fresche portate estive, in particolare con primi piatti leggeri, carni bianche e formaggi freschi. Ottimo anche con il cotechino e la pearà (tipica salsa pepata del veronese).
