Castrum Winery

Castrum offers you an evening tasting of Wines from the Platinum line carefully combined with Gourmet products from the area combined with a dish of your choice from our dedicated menuo, for an enchanting experience in the old cellar of the House of Fraccaroli ( sec. XVIII ) - now a unique concept venue in Valpolicella, in one of the most characteristic villages of the area: the Square of Castelrotto , near the walls of the old Castrum Rotari ( sec VII ).

During the tasting, carefully selected gastrononomic products are served and paired in line with wines from our winery's PLATINUM collection: the CASTRUM line. Bottles with art labels, each dedicated to a work of the great sculptor Innocenzo Fraccaroli, born in Casa Fraccaroli in 1805. You can also choose to continue the tasting with a first or second course. And to finish, a sweet pampering with our passito Dolcevita and Sbrisolona.

At the end of the tasting tour, the evening can continue until late in the company of friends or simply to have a one-night " live local" esperineza.
