Aceto Balsamico del Duca

A Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI with high density, full body and persistent flavor, with predominantly sweet notes.
Made with only two ingredients, cooked grape must and selected wine vinegar, it has an intense aroma with woody notes. It is a versatile product, excellent as a salad dressing, but also exquisite on cheeses, raw on meat, desserts and fruit.
